SECTION I. Basic information about the medical organization.
State-funded health institution of the Vladimir region “Murom Maternity Hospital” a treatment-and-prophylactic facility, which provides the specialized obstetric-gynecologic aid to women of our city and district.The Maternity Hospital is located in two adapted stone buildings with central heating and water supply. The hospital provides comfortable conditions for parents stay. The modern equipment has been purchased: suprasonic (Sonice SA-8000 and SA 600), endoscopic (laparoscope, hysteroscopy, hysteroscipic resectoscope), humidicrib, respiratory cares, monitors for vital body functions for operating room and ICU, laboratory equipment, pharmaceutic equipment and another.
Unification of all the departments of one centre with modern equipment for outpatient and inpatient care to women contributes greatly to treatment and prevention of gynecologic diseases and ensures the nascency of a healthy generation in the district.
Work in the gynaecology department is carried out in close contact with the district doctors of the women 's clinic and other medical institutions. At the same time with the professional activity, teaching work, theoretical and practical classes with students of a medical school are carried out for taking part in advanced training of nursing staff.

SECTION III Algorithm for contacting a medical organization for a foreign patient
1. When applying to the registry of antenatal clinics, a foreign citizen must present a passport and a compulsory medical insurance policy.

ATTENTION!
- The arrival of a foreign citizen in the Russian Federation for the purpose of treatment under the conditions of the restrictions adopted by the Russian Federation, taking into account the current epidemiological situation, it is advisable to consider as an urgent need for the provision of highly qualified assistance by medical personnel of medical institutions of the Russian Federation.
- For the provision of false information by a foreign citizen to obtain a permit to enter the territory of the Russian Federation for the purpose of treatment, as well as the provision of forged documents confirming an invitation for treatment in medical institutions of the Russian Federation when crossing the state border of the Russian Federation, criminal liability is provided in accordance with Article 322 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation " Illegal Crossing of the State Border of the Russian Federation ”.
Recommendations:
- A foreign citizen must choose a medical organization to receive medical services. Please note that the form of ownership of a medical organization does not matter. A foreign citizen has the right to apply to both medical organizations of the state health care system and the private one.
